Job Description

• Takes ownership for POS usage at Bank and Customer level to ensure growth both in transaction volume and value


• Attend to terminal requests, terminal set-up, prepping and effective functionality of the terminal to respective merchants


• Accurately capture Merchant’s details on the terminal and systems


• Ensure terminals are set-up on NIBBS platform


• Ensure terminals are registered with the processors


• Ensure all terminals going out are barcoded before deployment


• Manage SIM usage database


• Follow up on PTSP and ensure that they configure and deliver POS terminals in correspondence with what was uploaded on CTMS against them


• Handle training and re-training of merchants on usage of the terminal


• Conduct test transactions on terminals before deployment


• Reconcile POS stock and manage database of POS terminals in the vault


• Prepare and give weekly deployment report


• Ensure that the POS store is properly arranged and always under lock

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in any related field.


• Minimum of 2 years experience.

Remuneration
