We are looking for passionate Sales enthusiasts to better communicate our business objectives to a larger audience and grow our clientele.


Responsibilities


Find international communities in Europe and North America with founders and HR Managers and promote Baaraku services



  • Find innovative ways to engage with the target audience and find business

  • Efficiently handle all sales leads assigned or self-generated with accuracy and effectiveness.

  • Ability to generate a high conversion rate of leads and close rate of all sales transactions.

  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.

  • Able to build and maintain effective relationships with a wide variety of individuals and groups across categories.

  • Constant updates, communication and feedback to clients around sales transactions.

  • Ability to adapt quickly and work with set targets and timelines.
