JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies
Researching prospects and generating leads
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
Preparing and sending quotes and proposals
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Participating in sales team meetings
Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person
Building and maintaining a CRM databases
SALES PERFORMANCE
Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement on products and services
Achieving established set goals
Superior product knowledge on products and services
Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers
Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts
Providing excellent customer service for the business
JOB REQUIREMENT
HND/BSC in marketing or any relevant field
2-3 years of experience in retail sales, sales or marketing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be self -motivated
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills.
A good team player with the ability to adapt in a fast paced environment.
Able to work independently and take initiative.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
