Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth operations of the premises and facilities and contained therein.
- Responsible for the facility management and co-ordination across the estate
- Co-ordination and management of the all service providers.
- Providing efficient and consistent telecommunication support
- Procurement Management – coordinating and overseeing the procurement of consumables and other utilities for the organization
- Co-ordination of Asset’s movements
- Co-ordination of labelling of Association assets.
- Protocol services and relating with the public and its agencies when necessary.
- General office administration and management.
Qualifications and Experience
- B.Sc or HND in relevant fields
- 3 - 4 years of cognate experience in administrative/Logistics/Facility management functions; preferably in a gated estate community.
