Overview
- The ideal candidate will provide top-level customer relationship service for the company.
- He/she should be well-organized and has good Telesales and cold-calling skills.
- The individual must be a complete team player who's got some basic knowledge of how the tech space work
- Lastly, this individual should be able to sell the company's vision to clients easily.
Responsibilities / Job description
- Respond to and attends to customers' complaints.
- Aid clients when they lose their way using the platform.
- Making calls to potential clients.
- Calls and follow-ups to new users of the platform.
- Set up demo meetings for the sales department.
Qualifications
- OND, HND, B.Sc Degrees or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Canva etc.
- Proven experience working in a similar role
- Experience in managing multiple priorities.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with excellent follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge in the tech space.
