Responsibilities



  • To Provide personalized customer service that is geared towards customer needs satisfaction ensuring customers have a ‘WOW’ experience through the use of best practices, prompt response, and maintaining excellent relationships with customers.

  • To ensure that the Pharmacy is always clean.

  • In charge of Receiving payments from our customers and ensuring that EVERY customer receives receipts for purchases made and proper accountability for monies received.

  • To convey the customers’ orders, complaints, and feedback regarding purchases to the Manager.

  • Ensure products are dusted daily and properly arranged on the shelves.

  • To Prepare and contribute to the requisition of out-of-stock products.

  • In the absence of the manager, you are to receive invoices tendered during your shift and hand the same over to the Manager.

  • To assist the Pharmacist in the shelving of Products.

  • To assist in organizing and participating in community awareness, free screenings, and any other programs as may be organized by the Pharmacy.

  • To check and list expired or soon to expired drugs and communicate to the Pharmacist.

  • To also perform cashier duties.

  • To know and understand the uses of products on the shop floor (non-drugs)

  • To inform Customers on prices and special offers if any


Requirements



  • SSCE, OND, HND or B.Sc in any discipline

  • 2 years minimum experience

  • Should posses’ excellent communication and Customer service skills

  • Highly motivated, Efficient and Success driven.

  • Proximity to location is an added advantage.


Salary

N40,000 - N50,000 Monthly.
