Job Description



Duties & Responsibilities



  • A construction timekeeper is an integral part of a construction project.

  • He/ She monitor’s the number of hours of labor a construction project is using and the rates of the different workers who are at the site.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

  • Maintain accurate records of employee time worked in accordance with company policies and procedures

  • Respond to inquiries from employees and managers regarding timekeeping matters.

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in timekeeping records.

  • Update and maintain timekeeping systems and databases.

  • Assist with the development and implementation of new timekeeping policies and procedures

  • Train employees and managers on timekeeping procedures.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Always pay attention, be organized, good communication skills, Computer literate.

  • May also schedule meetings and maintain schedules for these meetings.


Preferred Skills and Qualifications



  • OND / HND / B.Sc in relevant field.

  • 1 - 2 years working experience in an administrative, Construction or office support role.

  • Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines

  • Experience with timekeeping software.

  • Working knowledge of human resources procedures.
