About the job
- We are looking for a Sales Executive who will be in responsible for prospecting and closing new business. You will identify, nurture, and close opportunities with both new and existing customers, manage forecasts, and track customer data. Your expertise will be critical in helping articulate the value of our products, working with the customer during the onboarding phase, and handing off a strong relationship to our Customer Experience team. Ideally, you should have prior experience selling internet services/products.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow sales and gross margin for the company’s offerings in line with business goals and strategic plans
- Execute prospecting activities associated with the company’s marketing plan, and specific marketing campaigns
- Prospect for new sales and opportunities
- Design and implement a strategic business/sales plan that expands company’s customer base and brand awareness
- Build and promote, long-lasting customer relationships
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Document plans, activities and opportunities accurately in the CRM system
- Qualify prospects and new sales leads
- Assist in establishing effective sales strategies and tactics that results in new business generation and expanding current business within the assigned area
- Maintain and grow sales and gross margin for the company’s offerings in line with business goals and strategic plans.
- Achieve annual sales targets and average monthly revenue quotas on a consistent basis
Qualifications
HND/B.Sc. in social science or related field required.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in selling internet service/products.
- Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and ERP system.
- Proven ability to work as part of a sales team.
- Proven track record of selling technology-related products or services.
- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
