Essential Duties

• Maintain and Increase sales database


• Managing accounts of existing customers while sourcing for new clients


• Answer phone calls from customers and deal with problems as they arise


• Follow up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a product


• Confirm customers payment


• Provide necessary data or reports to the sales team.


• Acknowledge customers by responding to emails, text and phone calls.


• Update information on client database


• Process and deal with customer complaints and resolve issues.


• Selling products and taking orders


• Taking payment of walk-in customers either by cheque or transfers


• Responsible for sales processing
