The incumbent is to have a firm understanding of the local real estate market in Abuja, with key knowledge of relevant stakeholder, as well as property owners and listing agencies.
S/he will also be in charge of developing and implementing the business real estate strategy
Responsibilities
Develop and periodically update the list of prime real estate properties in Abuja along with a list of potential clients
Develop and implement a business strategy for the property development arm of Soundcore
Have a keen understanding of the local real estate market, with knowledge of the key stakeholders.
Create brand campaigns and marketing ads, to drive new business revenue, as well as up-sell, and cross-sell to incumbent clients
Prepare paper work such as contracts, deeds, closing statements, rental agreements e.t.c. as is necessitated
Evaluate, negotiate on, purchase and sell properties on behalf of Soundcore working in tandem with competitive market prices
Provide advisory services to our list of high-profile clientele in line with each clients specific needs
Carry our market analysis periodically, to estimate property values generally and keep Soundcore’s prices competitive
Create loyalty programmes and other such incentivizing instruments, as well as manage property auctions and house fairs.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc in Sales and Marketing or any Social Science discipline
Must have 3-4 years previous experience in a similar role
