Job Summary



  • The incumbent is to have a firm understanding of the local real estate market in Abuja, with key knowledge of relevant stakeholder, as well as property owners and listing agencies.

  • S/he will also be in charge of developing and implementing the business real estate strategy


Responsibilities



  • Develop and periodically update the list of prime real estate properties in Abuja along with a list of potential clients

  • Develop and implement a business strategy for the property development arm of Soundcore

  • Have a keen understanding of the local real estate market, with knowledge of the key stakeholders.

  • Create brand campaigns and marketing ads, to drive new business revenue, as well as up-sell, and cross-sell to incumbent clients

  • Prepare paper work such as contracts, deeds, closing statements, rental agreements e.t.c. as is necessitated

  • Evaluate, negotiate on, purchase and sell properties on behalf of Soundcore working in tandem with competitive market prices

  • Provide advisory services to our list of high-profile clientele in line with each clients specific needs

  • Carry our market analysis periodically, to estimate property values generally and keep Soundcore’s prices competitive

  • Create loyalty programmes and other such incentivizing instruments, as well as manage property auctions and house fairs.


Qualifications



  • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc in Sales and Marketing or any Social Science discipline

  • Must have 3-4 years previous experience in a similar role

  • Real Estate Brokerage License


Skills:



  • Customer service and centricism

  • Effective verbal and communication

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills

  • Ability to use Power Point extensively

  • Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
