Our client, an indigenous construction company with their Head Office in Abuja, requires for immediate employment, the service of a very competent and experienced HR and Admin Executive. The main duties of this role is to ensure the smooth running of the enterprise’s administrative activities through office and facility management, staff development, and technical support
HR and Admin Executive Responsibilities
- Oversee all employee-related practices, such as recruitment, termination, benefits and retirement plans, and employee relations and solve potential issues associated with them
- Conceive and implement a professional HR development plan to ensure high productivity and regulatory compliance
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure their proper implementation in the company’s practices
- Supervise day-to-day administrative operations to maintain and reinforce good communication with all operations employees
- Draft and maintain HR paperwork and keep track of data entry using HRIS
- Recommend improvements to policies and practices to make sure the HR department operates as per industry standards
HR and Admin Executive Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in HR Management and Administration or other relevant corporate or business setting, such as Personnel or Organizational Development
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Administration, Management, Business Management, or related field
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software such as HRMS/HRIS
- Proven management and organizational skills and the ability to foster relationships cross-departmentally
- Familiarity with federal employment regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
