Our client is looking for a smart and knowledgeable customer service representative. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer support experience as candidate is customers’ first point of contact.
Job Responsibilities
Ensure proper necessary procedures are being followed.
Monitoring deliveries.
Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers.
Attend to all customers complains / issues and proffer solution.
Answer all questions about the company services.
Processing orders and transactions.
Collecting and analyzing all customer feedback.
Build a working relationship between the company and the customers.
Job Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree or HND is required in Business Administration or related field.
3 - 5 years working Experience in this field.
Ability to work flexible schedule.
Proficient in the use of MS Suite.
Good attention to details.
Good with numbers and figures.
Ability to prioritize tasks to meet specific deadlines.
