Job Summary



  • Our client is looking for a smart and knowledgeable customer service representative. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer support experience as candidate is customers’ first point of contact.


Job Responsibilities



  • Ensure proper necessary procedures are being followed.

  • Monitoring deliveries.

  • Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers.

  • Attend to all customers complains / issues and proffer solution.

  • Answer all questions about the company services.

  • Processing orders and transactions.

  • Collecting and analyzing all customer feedback.

  • Build a working relationship between the company and the customers.


Job Requirements



  • A Bachelor’s Degree or HND is required in Business Administration or related field.

  • 3 - 5 years working Experience in this field.

  • Ability to work flexible schedule.

  • Proficient in the use of MS Suite.

  • Good attention to details.

  • Good with numbers and figures.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks to meet specific deadlines.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
