JOB SUMMARY

Our client, a logistics company is looking for a smart and knowledgeable customer service representative. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer support experience as candidate is customers’ first point of contact.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure proper necessary procedures are being followed


• Monitoring deliveries


• Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers.


• Attend to all customers complains / issues and proffer solution


• Answer all questions about the company services.


• Processing orders and transactions


• Collecting and analyzing all customer feedback


• Build a working relationship between the company and the customers

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor’s Degree or HND is required in Business Administration or related field


• At least 3 – 5 years working Experience in this field


• Ability to work flexible schedule


• Proficient in the use of MS Suite


• Good attention to details


• Good with numbers and figures


• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet specific deadlines


• Good interpersonal and communication skills
