JOB SUMMARY
Our client, a logistics company is looking for a smart and knowledgeable customer service representative. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer support experience as candidate is customers’ first point of contact.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure proper necessary procedures are being followed
- Monitoring deliveries
- Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers.
- Attend to all customers complains / issues and proffer solution
- Answer all questions about the company services.
- Processing orders and transactions
- Collecting and analyzing all customer feedback
- Build a working relationship between the company and the customers
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor’s Degree or HND is required in Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 – 5 years working Experience in this field
- Ability to work flexible schedule
- Proficient in the use of MS Suite
- Good attention to details
- Good with numbers and figures
- Ability to prioritize tasks to meet specific deadlines
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
