Job summary:

Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, routers, switches, internet and ensure users get maximum benefits from them.

Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support to departments and teams


• Routine maintenance on all systems (internet and telephony) on a regularly scheduled basis


• Conduct consistent network backup operations


• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners

Requirements:

• BSc/HND in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline.


• Minimum of 3 years’ cognate experience, preferrably in a manufacturing set up.


• Knowledge of systems support, computer networking, cisco switches, troubleshooting.


• CCNA certification would be an added advantage.
