About the job



  • A laundry and dry cleaning company is recruiting for the Head, Business Development role.

  • As Head, Business Development, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Conduct regular market, organization, and individual data analysis to identify new opportunities and evaluate customer needs

  • Actively seek new business/market initiatives, increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

  • Analysing the return on investment on all new initiatives, business lines, and projects that the company embarks upon.

  • Manage marketing and branding initiatives as well as vendors.

  • Managing and monitoring newly launched initiatives and projects.

  • Managing performance and development of staff in the business development unit.

  • Monitor the performance of product lines, and report changes, trends, and opportunities in the Business Development unit.

  • Complete projects according to timeline and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

  • Grow Carpet & Upholstery and leather work.

  • Improve and Manage the IT needs of the organization.

  • Relationship management such as power, facility owners, contractors, major vendors, etc.

  • Any other job assigned by the supervisor.


Education and Work Experience Requirement



  • A degree in a related field is required.

  • 5 – 7 years of experience in business development, Project Management, or related fields.

  • Professional qualification.

  • Proficient in major Administrative applications and software - Microsoft Office suite, etc., programs and project management tools like CRMs, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint

  • The ideal candidate should be personable
