Duties & Responsibilities
- To organize and manage the uniform store and kitchen store.
- To manage inventory and ensure that every item is properly accounted for.
- To assist in placing orders for uniforms based on in-depth knowledge of actual need.
- To fit learners in uniforms as the need arises and issue to them on demand.
- To issue out kitchen items based on need and to provide valuable information to assist the Procurement Officer in making purchases.
- To interface with parents when fitting uniforms and provide a positive image of the School.
- To ensure that the stores’ inventory are managed in tandem with the School’s specific needs per time.
Qualifications
- An Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Accounting, Business Management or any other relevant course.
- Relevant experience in Store Keeping is an added advantage.
- Must have 2-4 years work experience.
Experience/Skills/Character:
- Must possess the ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Store keeping, procurement and inventory control
- Must be computer literate and adept in the use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Must be reliable, honest and hard working.
- Must have excellent organisational skills.
- Must be female.
- Must live within Jabi Abuja Axis.
