Qualification:

• University Degree or Higher National Diploma in any Bachelor of Science and Technology courses


• 2 Years Minimum of working Experience in the FMCG industry like food and beverages manufacturing or any related industry

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in the manufacturing process including raw and packaging materials, worker allocation, machine utilization, man-hours, etch.


• Studied production orders to ascertain types and quantities of raw materials and packaging materials to be used.


• Follows and implements company SOP for the general manufacturing process which includes HCCP, cGMP, ISO, NAFDAC, and other standards and local regulations.


• Check, monitors and generates report on production yields, losses and recommend improvements to reduce losses and wastages.


• Utilize efficiently and effectively all resources including manpower, machines, materials, and methods.


• Inspect pre-batch materials prior to production and prior to packaging to avoid quality issues.


• Coordinates with the quality department in daily basis to ensure good quality and avoid rejections.


• Trains, motivates workers for continue learnings and improvements.


• Coordinates and receives instruction from Production Manager in daily basis. Act as a front line production manager to effectively manage the production process.


• Keep and update records of all necessary documents which includes production log sheets, daily cleaning log sheet, change over cleaning, metal detectors log sheet, and other compliance documents.


• Implements safety by conducting safety awareness trainings to all workers, inspect and reports to management all potential hazards inside factory to avoid accidents.


• Keep all confidential information’s of the company pertaining to manufacturing process and product information’s.


• Asses performance of workers as per company’s policy and recommends for necessary actions.
