Job Description
Overview
- The position will coordinate efforts to maintain good relationships with partners, customers, and stakeholders to drive sales and increase revenue.
- This position will also be the primary developer of comprehensive digital and promotional plans and content, collaborating with internal marketing, outside partners, and third-party agencies.
- The manager will be responsible for creative and compelling incentives, offers and messaging, etc., targeted to consumers through existing and new digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic partnerships, from conceptualisation to engaging partners, especially informally.
- Generate leads and ensure retention.
- Communicate with clients in a polite and friendly manner to support achieving the organisation’s highest customer service standards.
- Manage the company’s online image and identity.
- Manage external communication through proposals, presentations, and pitch deck creation
- Prepare regular content and manage the company’s website blog sessions.
- Ascertain customers’ wants or needs and recommend, select and offer help to meet their needs and desires.
- Manage client relationships strategically by anticipating needs in alignment with company goals
Qualifications
- A B.Sc in Management or relevant experience in this field.
- Must be living on the Island.
- A certification in finance or management is a plus.
