Job Description




  • Reporting to the Manager, Business Development, this role is responsible for building client relationship and generating leads, whilst being trained and coached to transition into the Account Manager role.

  • Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Generating leads, Prospecting/Cold Calling

  • Actively engage with new and prospective clients to identify new opportunities

  • Identify decision makers and consciously build relationship with them

  • Schedule meetings and manage meeting calendars

  • Articulate the services and solutions to clients; including tailoring it to client's needs

  • Meet set quarterly targets

  • Grow clientele base; attend events, exhibitions, etc.

  • Assist to boost sales growth and sales 

  • Conduct market research, share insight and develop business strategies

  • Work closely with Account Managers


Experience, Education and Skills



  • Bachelors degree in relevant discipline

  • 1-2 years experience in sales/business development from any industry

  • Understands the art of sales and passionate about the sales profession

  • Highly personable; outgoing and engaging personality, attractive professional appearance 

  • Strong verbal and written communication.

  • Good presentation skills for business reports

  • Ability to organize and conduct purposeful Departmental/ Unit meetings

  • Ability to develop and maintain business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong administrative skills

  • Able to use properly MS Word, Excel and Power-point
