Providing safety management, work site organization, and supervisory leadership and accountabilities to work crews at work location offshore.
Utilizing specialized knowledge of "Rope Access Technology" to execute blasting and painting work from inception through to completion.
Supervising and ensuring the safety and performance of the Level 1 and Level 2 Blasters & Painters under his/her supervision.
Preparing and submitting daily blasting progress and reports on a timely basis and submit to Project Engineer.
Ensuring operational and safety of all equipment and tools.
Liaising with Project Engineer regarding daily work.
Liaising with clients and M&T project team to ensure scope of job is understood and well executed.
Perform all blasting and painting work execution in conformance with Client’s requirements using qualified M&T procedure and applicable Client’s specifications, to ensure the required level of quality of workmanship is maintained throughout the work process.
Implements and oversees blasting and painting work on day-to-day basis.
Collating and managing his direct reporting line personnel and equipment daily time sheets.
Calculation and follow up of work progress.
Ensures that safe work control measures are in place prior to commencement of any work.
Ensures proper materials planning/expedition.
Ensures good storage of both client and M&T supplied materials, tools and equipment are secured and no damage can happen to them during storage.
Support the application and issuance of Permit to Work (PtW) on daily bases.
Job Requirements
