Job Description



We are looking for a receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties. 


RESPONSIBILITIES




  • Greet and welcome clients as soon as they arrive at the office.




  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.




  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.




  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone.




REQUIREMENT 




  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 2-year work experience.




  • Candidates must reside in Ajah or its environs.




  • Professional attitude and appearance.




  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.




  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.




  • Excellent organizational skills.




  • Must be able to work on some Sundays and holidays.




  • Should be willing to work with the company long term.




  • Working Days: 23 days a month.




  • Remuneration: #70,000
