Job Description

• Processing of all expenses, account payables & receivables in a timely & accurate manner. 


• Ensure that all payment requests are compliant with the company's budget policies


• Posting & classification of expenses


• Manage the inflow & outflow of all inventories in the Head office warehouse


• Prepare tax schedule according to FIRS & LIRS  format


• Prepare and process payment of all statutory contributions.  


• Audit all expenditures/reimbursements accordingly.


• Reconcile all bank statements accurately.

Requirements

• He & She must have Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related courses. 


• At least a year work experience.
