Job Description
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting all other maintenance activities deployed in the shop
- Performing mechanical maintenance activities at customer site as Field Service Engineer
- Performing L2 on LM2500 and Inspection and Light repair on CC
- Providing technical direction for activities to internal teams and skilled labor to ensure safety, compliance, and quality.
- Overseeing, overhaul, troubleshooting and commissioning of our rotating equipment’s and products at customer sites
- Preparing and updating technical documentation, plans, daily and weekly briefing reports for customers and internal cross-functional teams
- Ensuring internal training, compliance and quality documentation is updated, followed, and completed according to company standards
- Being responsible to learn how to execute maintenance/installation of TPS rotating equipment and assist the others crew members in performing the assigned scope of work.
- Executing all required responsibilities safely and as instructed by direct supervisors and following all TPS Service applicable processes and procedures.
- Conducting all business activities in accordance to Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a minimum of a Higher National Diploma in Engineering.
- Have at least 5 years' experience in the oil & gas industry.
- Be available to work on weekends and in long shift (up to 14h) during Customer shutdowns.
- Be familiar with mechanical maintenance work.
- Be familiar with Cranes, Lifting equipment ant tools, Fork lift, etc. as well as shop activities (cleaning, inspecting, machining of parts).
- Be familiar with gas turbine / centrifugal compressor products
