Product-Led Growth Marketing Executive

More specifically, we are looking for a Product-Led Growth Marketing Manager as one of the most cross-functional members at Jademediapro to optimize lifecycle marketing, product marketing, campaigns, product, data science, commercial sales, finance, and marketing operations. The majority of your time will be spent communicating with clients, project leaders, designers, and engineers. You need to be able to come up with suggestions based on data that will boost revenue and other important metrics on client websites.
Responsibilities
Interface with designers, engineers, and clients
Partner with clients to improve their websites through conversion rate optimization
Must be able to drive data-driven ideas that improve revenue or other KPIs
Develop and execute business development plans for new products or services in order to achieve assigned targets for new customer acquisition and revenue growth
Create proposals for new business ventures including feasibility studies, financial projections, and marketing plans
Prepare budgets, identify funding sources, and monitor costs in order to meet project goals
Lead and manage large RFP responses to ensure corporate objectives for profitability, sustainability, and operational delivery objectives are met
Support the management in contract development, customer negotiations, and product enhancements
Develop sales leads by identifying potential clients and contacting them to determine their needs and interest in purchasing products or services
Conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunities to improve business performance or develop new products or services
Develop marketing plans, as well as promotions, target B2C and B2B customers to increase brand awareness and sell products or services through existing channels such as TV ads, radio spots, magazines, billboards, internet ads, or social media campaigns
Maintain relationships with existing clients by building rapport, providing valuable advice, and responding to any concerns they may have.
Research and build relationships with potential partnerships, customers, and investors for new products or services
Create and deliver presentations to internal and external audiences
Negotiate and close deals with customers, partners, and investors
Work with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services
Stay up to date on industry trends and developments
Participate in seminars and professional meetings to represent the company
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe).
Minimum 2.1 undergraduate degree (in any discipline)
Experience working in growth marketing, business development, web analytics, or similar role(s) on customer-facing digital properties
Experience leading optimization programs that embrace a continuous cycle of iterative testing: designing roadmaps, analysis, generating insights, calculating the business impact
Familiarity with Google Analytics
Client services experience is strongly preferred
Strong presentation and communication skills
Hands-on experience analyzing digital business data to inform decisions and plan strategically
Experience working in the tech industry
Knowledge of CRM software, such as Salesforce
Familiarity with project management tools, such as ClickUp, Notion, or Trello
Experience with market analysis and forecasting
