Organize and build a structured data storage format by known database management systems/applications, within the context of the customer marketing operational scope.
Support the retention Key Account Management (KAM) activities with daily customer activities data for on-going daily retention and marketing campaigns.
Support the application of customer analytics in driving sales/marketing efficiency and effectiveness and targeted localized intervention to drive subscriber growth and market share.
Provide weekly / monthly trend Analysis called Stronghold Report: Analysis of customer’s usage and habits, segments performance, product plan trends, regional customers behavioral pattern(Network coverage advantage) etc.
Business performance dashboards to provide comprehensive reporting, analytical and advisory support on customer activities.
Requirements
Education:
B.Sc / HND in any discipline
NYSC
Knowledge:
Core competence in SQL, application development and data modeling
Data Mining using BIDS & MSQL 2008, 2012, 2014, 2017;
SQL Server
Database and Application Development, implementation and administration.
