Client Account Manager Job Description

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Client Contact Manager  to increase company revenue by identifying profitable business opportunities and developing long-term

  • business growth strategies.

  • Articulates the company’s mission in a clear and concise way that can speak to customers and employees at all levels.

  • Builds solid relationships with customers, vendors and distributors, as well as sales and marketing teams.

  • Develops in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.

  • Directs marketing efforts by presenting market research to marketing directors and suggesting strategies to expand market research.

  • Assesses marketing and sales as well as supplier and vendor operations and recommending improvements as needed.

  • Prepares all documentation required for requests for proposals (RFPs), request for quotations (RFQs), tenders and bids.

  • Researches emerging trends and recommends new company offerings to satisfy customers’ needs.

  • Develops and manages strategic partnerships to grow business.

  • Creates actionable goals that make it possible to turn that mission into tangible results.

  • Assesses the company’s many different projects from the products down to the daily administrative activities to make sure they align with the company’s goals.

  • Analyses the success of products, projects, and activities


Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field; master's degree is advantageous.

  • Extensive experience in corporate gifting, corporate branding and/or business development.

  • Minimum of 6 years business development, sales, or marketing experience.

  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Exceptional leadership and management skills.

  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong business acumen.

  • Detail-oriented and persuasive
