- We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Client Contact Manager to increase company revenue by identifying profitable business opportunities and developing long-term
- business growth strategies.
- Articulates the company’s mission in a clear and concise way that can speak to customers and employees at all levels.
- Builds solid relationships with customers, vendors and distributors, as well as sales and marketing teams.
- Develops in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
- Directs marketing efforts by presenting market research to marketing directors and suggesting strategies to expand market research.
- Assesses marketing and sales as well as supplier and vendor operations and recommending improvements as needed.
- Prepares all documentation required for requests for proposals (RFPs), request for quotations (RFQs), tenders and bids.
- Researches emerging trends and recommends new company offerings to satisfy customers’ needs.
- Develops and manages strategic partnerships to grow business.
- Creates actionable goals that make it possible to turn that mission into tangible results.
- Assesses the company’s many different projects from the products down to the daily administrative activities to make sure they align with the company’s goals.
- Analyses the success of products, projects, and activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field; master's degree is advantageous.
- Extensive experience in corporate gifting, corporate branding and/or business development.
- Minimum of 6 years business development, sales, or marketing experience.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Detail-oriented and persuasive
