Job Description
Our client is a Specialist Transaction and Investment Development Firm that predominantly focuses on Strategic Partnerships and Syndication of Investments. They predominantly focus on transactions that involve the Acquisition and Development of Real Assets and Infrastructure. The core of their business is funding and managing all Due Diligence activities required to drive transactions to a successful close.
The potential candidate must be very resourceful and have a strong understanding on how a financial institution/investment company runs and must have extremely solid organisational and project management skills. The role will support the CEO on every transaction and interface with all transaction members and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is expected to have great work ethic and must be able to work independently with no supervision. Such candidate must have very solid administrative and content development skills. Must have experience in technically supporting Csuite level superiors.
Responsibilities:
- Will review, digest, evaluate, analyse data provided and reprocess it,
- Prepare reports and present the data to management to ensure it aids in decision making.
- Provide briefing notes to the Board and support on Board Meetings.
- Prepare Strategy and Transaction Memos, Corporate Budgets/Forecasts and calculations in Excel to present to management highlighting key trends and analyses.
- Prepare transaction deal presentations incorporating plans and schedules.
- Take lead of all company documentation, filing, arrangement and storage.
- Prepare and gather all documentation for any business operations. Liaise with Legal and Financial institutions on documents required for any business activity
- Process all requests internally for approval while ensuring due process is followed
- Monitor and track the advancement of deal tasks by following up with transaction members and forecasting the attainment of said tasks, budgets and expenditures
- Manage all task deliverables in the business pipeline to ensure deadlines are met
- Project Communication and followups with Key Members of Transactions.
- Manage the communication flow of all transactions by liaising with stakeholders on behalf of the CEO to ensure all tasks are achieved
- Creating coordinating and managing the division’s quarterly, biannual work schedule. Internal and external projects and their subtasks, therefore keeping a work calendar for the team and followingup closely with all team members to the lead up of project launches and task attainments and subsequent submissions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management
- Certification from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 7 Years’ experience in Administrative Management/Executive or Technical Support at a top tier
- financial institution
