Job Description

• Oversee and advise on company’s tax planning


• Compute and calcuate all taxes, levies, deductions such as WHT, VAT, PAYE, etc. and remit to the appropriate regulatory authority


• Respond to tax and compliance queries from regulatory authorities


• Ensure compliance with statutory monthly and annual filings due date.


• Review contracts, agreements, etc. to ensure they are tax compliant


• Review annual management and audited statements


• Prepare tax reports, forecasts, and budgets


• Perform accounting duties and post accounting transactions on company’s accounting softwares
