Job Description
We're looking for an operations associate to work with our growing team. You'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of Banking operations in Prospa HQ.
As an Operations Associate you will have hands-on experience in a variety of departments and the ability to hone your skills in business analysis, transactions management and support, banking systems and risk management. You'll work with the team to ensure members have a great and seamless banking experience.
This role is full time and will involve the following:
- Cooperating with departments to improve banking operations
- Assisting the Bank Operations team with ongoing and special projects
- Handling and closing department-related member support tickets
- Monitoring daily operations and escalating/addressing potential issues when they arise
- Daily Report Creation and Monitoring for Operations Processes
- Addressing requests received from Banking partners
- Escalating requests to Banking partners
- Completing administrative tasks
- Assisting with card ordering, reissues, and expedites
- Recording daily metrics
- Submiting weekly banking required reporting

Experience & Personal Specification:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in banking operations/customer experience
- Exceptional organizational and administrative skills
- Proactive qualities with a willingness to learn
- Used to working in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on, always ready to roll up your sleeves and go the extra mile for the team
- Superb communication skills & the ability to interact at all levels within the organization
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements seamlessly
