Position Details
As an HR Intern in this project, you shall be accountable to the Provider for the management of the client’s HR function, including the following activities:
HR Function Analysis & Business Planning:
- Collect & Analyse available Human Resource Data.
- Undertake HR Function Diagnostic Exercise.
- Assist inHR Business Plan, identifying Sections considered regular services and those considered special services.
Regular (Steady-State) Services:
- Implement sections of the approved Human Resource Business Plan which fall within the scope of REGULAR (Steady-State) SERVICES.
- Manage the Company’s resourcing process; collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings; liaise with recruitment consultants as required for specialised roles and projects.
- Manage the Performance Management & Employee Development processes providing guidance and support to Employees & Managers as required.
- Provide HR advisory service to Employees and Supervisors on all employment and employee relations matters.
- Communicate, interpret and maintain and or modify personnel policies, employee handbook, and organisational charts.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 1 year work experience.
