JOB DESCRIPTION



  • Develop effective product marketing strategies and plans (pricing, advertising, proposal preparation, product launching)

  • Work with various teams to implement strategies and promote product

  • Coordinate marketing activities internally or externally - enlightening prospective clients about the advantages of our products and follow up with them in order to close the business

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, to foster retention and promote referrals/goodwill

  • Customer feedback; assist in acquiring reviews and identifying solutions

  • Follow and analyze market trends to position products

  • Design KPIs for products and oversee its achievement

  • Evaluate growth using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers

  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to craft compelling messages across marketing channels (flyers, landing pages, ad campaigns)

  • Participate in industry forums, client discussions and conferences as a representative of the organization.

  • Other related tasks as assigned


JOB REQUIREMENTS



  • 3-5 years of hands-on Business Development experience, with focus in the Fintech space

  • Educational background in a related field

  • Proven knowledge of B2B product growth and lead conversion

  • Good use of reporting software, Microsoft suite and statistical analysis package

  • Excellent presentation, reporting and communication skills

  • Hardworking with good salesmanship skills

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and result-oriented environment

  • Client relationship and engagement skills

  • Tech savvy; good use of collaboration tools such as Slack
