Job Description:

• Manage all company's contract draft and review work and participate in commercial negotiation with business partner.


• Draft and review company's policies and procedures based on Nigerian laws and regulations.


• Provide legal opinion to business unit and response to all daily legal inquires.


• Participate in litigation/dispute as required, cooperate with external lawyers.


• Provide legal and compliance training to staffs as required.


• Cooperate with other legal managers in daily job and finish the work assigned from HQ.


• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Nigerian Bar qualified with 4 years experience at least in law firm or in-house legal department.


• Bachelor degree, have law of master degree in U.K or other countries will be a plus.


• Experienced in general corporate matters such as corporate governance, financing, contract review, familiarity with telecom industry and public relationship matter.


• Capable of making sound legal decision by applying laws to concrete situation.


• Team player and excellent interpersonal skill and skillful in using office software.


• Have experience and knowledge in export control compliance, anti-bribery compliance and data protection compliance.
