JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Marketer to join our winning HR team at Eden Solutions and Resources. The preferred candidate is a results-driven individual that have the capacity to bring in new clienteles through outdoor and digital marketing, telemarketing and strategic networking.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Solicits for new clients by using both the outdoor and digital marketing tools.


• Setting up a strategy to find new prospects and sales leads and converting them to paid customers


• Communicating with current and potential clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems


• Creating, long – lasting relationships with current and potential clients


• Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers


• Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales


• Develops business advertisement for posting on all social media platforms


• Manages and converts all leads from the social media platform

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of one (1) year proven experience in sales and marketing to corporate organization.


• B.sc degree in Marketing or associates degree in relevant field a plus


• Knowledge of HR is an added advantage


• Proficient with the use of digital marketing tools


• Proficiency with MS Office Suite


• In-depth understanding of sales and marketing negotiations and techniques


• Excellent written and oral communication skills


• Analytical and multitasking skills

SALARY : 50K+ COMMISSION ON NEW BUSINESS
