Responsibilities:



  • Researching, evaluating and optimizing marketing and sales strategies.

  • Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.

  • Generating new business leads.

  • Increasing brand awareness and market share.

  • Continually being abreast of marketing strategies and trends.

  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.

  • Co-ordinating marketing strategies with other relevant departments within the organization.

  • Developing and managing Skin by the Company’s marketing budget.

  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal and external support and driving collaboration.

  • Working with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet all advertising and public facing communication including prints, digital and video assets.

  • Managing Skin by the Company’s marketing department staff.

  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversion, and generate more qualified leads.

  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external team and communicate with senior management about proposed marketing programs, strategies and budgets.

  • Setting weekly and monthly targets for all team members and monitoring and ensuring the actualization of each person’s targets.

  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly.

  • Creating and managing a customer database.

  • Coming up with strategies to identify and escalate counterfeit products in the market.

  • Preparing and presenting weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports to senior management
