An Experienced Operations Manager is needed at V.S.L Concepts Digital Marketing Agency, you are expected to plan, direct, oversee and coordinate the operations of the company, as well as continuously develop and implement organizational strategies, policies, and practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in alignment with the company’s mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow, business process and organizational planning
- Coach and supervise Marketing manager, ensuring top sales
- Control costs through management of suppliers, contracts, and careful review of all aspects of the store cost.
- Monitor Staffs KPIs providing reports to management and suggestions for improvements
- Maintain informational and working relationships with the proper local authorities and organizations in the head office
- organize, coordinate, supervise,manage, and control the day-to-day activities of our organization
- Ensure proper management of customer complaints
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum of 1 to 7 years of operational management experience with a proven track record in overseeing the achievement of sales, profitability and operational targets
- Experience must include: leadership, coaching, and development of sales teams
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- Goal oriented approach
- Highly analytical with a drive for numbers
- Good networking, prospecting and closing skills
- High level of professionalism
- Result-oriented and dynamic team player with exceptional motivation and interpersonal skills.
