Job Summary

This role is responsible for ensuring effective and efficient management of employees as well as satisfaction of all staff employed in the various departments and units of Reliable Steel and Plastic Industries Limited from entry until exit. Attract and retain qualified and motivated staff in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Ensure that the recruited staff remain ‘fit for purpose’ throughout the duration of their tenure in the organization, work with supervisors to ensure equity and equal opportunity in the workplace, provide competitive and desirable compensation and benefit packages for all staff. effectiveness.

  • Staff productivity and performance

  • Optimization, control and reduction of staff cost

  • Effectiveness and efficiency of recruitments

  • Effectiveness/swiftness in closing manning gap and succession plan

  • Staff ethical conduct, attitude and alignment to corporate philosophy and values

  • Staff bonding, welfare and work balance life

  • Efficiency and effectiveness of staff retention/attrition rate

  • Quality and adequacy of training/development program

  • Efficiency in payroll administration

  • Adequacy and conduciveness of admin support to staff and work output (office environment, equipment, facilities, logistics, etc.)

  • Adequacy of the security of staff, assets and environment


The Person



  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field

  • MBA or Master’s degree in any related field.

  • 5-10 years' experience in Human Recourses Management and Administration.

  • Experience in management.

  • Understanding and knowledge of Human Capital Management and Business Partnering.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.

  • Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and customer service skills.

  • Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.

  • The ability to develop and implement company policies and procedures.

  • The ability to work under pressure.

  • Excellent supervision, business presentation, skills, Organization and leadership abilities, Self-motivated with a result driven approach, Problem- solving skill
