• has successful experience in forming and managing a team (at least 10 people);


• has experience of participating in projects with personal responsibility for the work of his team;

• has experience in training and supporting employees, their motivation and control of the responsibility of each participant.

The successful candidate will:

• independently form their own project team (about 10 people);


• train each participant according to the instructions;


• support and help team members at every stage;


• control the timing and quality of the implementation of each stage by each member of the team;


• conduct regular reporting on the work of the team;


• to be ready to personally take part in the work of team members;


• be personally responsible for their goals and the achievements of each team member.

Motivation:

• base salary of 500 USD;


• bonus for completing tasks on time;


• we do not limit the supervisor's earnings and it completely depends on the implementation of the set plan (15% of the total group income);


• when performing the assigned tasks, the supervisor can create, attract new supervisors and earn as our partner.

Requirements:

• basic knowledge of the Russian language;


• experience in building and managing a project team;


• experience in implementing projects with the achievement of organizational and financial goals;


• the presence of a passport (business trips to Europe are possible);


• no criminal record and bad credit history.
