About the Job



  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

  • Good grammar, spelling and punctuation.

  • Communicating with customers through various channels like systems.

  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

  • Listen attentively to questions and concerns and respond promptly with a resolution according to company guidelines

  • Maintain a courteous and calm manner at all times to de-escalate stressful situations

  • Document information to create, update, or adjust customer accounts.

  • Prepare call-related information for purposes of auditing and reporting.

  • Suggest products and services to clients based on their requests and needs.

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters


Qualifications



  • BSc / HND in Communication, Computer Science, Mass Communication or any related course

  • Have at least 2 year experience on the job.

  • Must be computer Savvy

  • Efficient and effective team player.

  • Good grammar, spelling and punctuation.

  • Good phone etiquettes and communication skills.

  • must be willing to work on shift basis

  • Be willing to work under pressure.

  • You must be resident in Lekki/Ajah or its environs most preferably.

  • Must have completed NYSC.
