Our client in the renewable/solar energy industry is currently looking to hire Territory Sales Managers (x20) who are resident in the following LGAs: Oredo (Edo), Egor (Edo), Ukwani (Delta), Ndokwa West (Delta), Ughelli North (Delta), Warri South (Delta), Eleme (Rivers), Ikwerre (Rivers).
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the recruitment and management of local community partners/dealers
- Responsibility to achieve the acquisition, growth and revenue targets by the community partners/dealers
- Perform routine on-site check-ins with the partners/dealers to assist with product knowledge, resolve issues and cross/up sell new devices
- Engage the partners/dealers to ensure regular payment for the pay-as-you-go device purchases
Requirements:
- BSc/BA/HND in a relevant discipline
- 3-5 years hands-on sales management experience in the FMCG, financial services, insurance, telecoms and other fintech businesses
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record in managing a field sales team or an agency network
Remuneration:
- Fixed monthly salary: N200,000
