  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending to customers' requests.


Responsibilities

Other Responsibilities are:



  • Manage customers and their requests by responding to questions and complaints through means such as telephone calls, emails etc.

  • Ensure customer retention and increase the customer base

  • Keep proper records and updated customer and clients' database.

  • Support the sales team in processing customers' goods and payments

  • Administrative management of the office.


Requirements



  • Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with at least 1 year work experience.
