- The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending to customers' requests.

Other Responsibilities are:
- Manage customers and their requests by responding to questions and complaints through means such as telephone calls, emails etc.
- Ensure customer retention and increase the customer base
- Keep proper records and updated customer and clients' database.
- Support the sales team in processing customers' goods and payments
- Administrative management of the office.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with at least 1 year work experience.
