Job Summary



  • We are looking for an Investment Relationship Manager to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers.

  • We’ll rely on Him / Her to find ways to outperform our competition and maintain our company’s positive image.

  • To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams and build rapport with customers.

  • We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.


Job Description



  • Conduct research to identify prospective contacts within sectors and industries with a target on Importers within the industry.

  • Promote and market a Special Economic Zone in Nigeria

  • Undertake physical & virtual marketing of the zone's industrial spaces to prospective investors

  • Organise virtual and physical marketing outreaches

  • Meet monthly, quarterly and annual marketing and sales targets

  • Develop marketing & sales strategies and implement such marketing and sales plans

  • Use social media marketing to promote the brand domestically and internationally.


Requirements



  • At least 10 years of post-graduation experience

  • At least 5 years experience in financial services or real estate marketing and relationship management.

  • Good knowledge of computer, online and social media usage

  • Must be an aggressive marketer with a track record of meeting targets. (Pls show proof of results realised in the last year)

  • Ladies are preferred for this position.
