We are looking to hire a Customer Experience Officer for our client, a luxury fashion brand in Lekki, Lagos. 

Job Description

• Responsible for the physical sales in the store & the overall experience of customers. 


• Follow up with customers. 


• Respond to phone inquiries as well as in-store inquiries. 


• Ensure that the store is clean at all times. 


• Perform other tasks as assigned 

Requirements

• BSC/HND in any field. 


• Excellent communication and reporting skills


• Must be female
