- As a Performance Measurement Instrumentation Analyst, the staff will be responsible for developing performance measurement/instrumentation frameworks, compilation of monthly/quarterly/annual performance measurement reports while using the gathered data to develop actionable insights that will help identify and mitigate operational risks, as well as improve existing and implement new, more efficient and improved measurement plans.
Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Statistics, or a related field
- Expert knowledge of document processing software (Google, Microsoft or Mac office suites), CRM software (such as Oracle NetSuite, and Hub Spot CRM), and SQL
- Solid communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good record keeping skills and attention to detail
- Dynamic, energetic, motivated, positive outlook
- Report Writing and Analysis
- Documentation
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of varied experience in
- Performance Management, Instrumentation and
- Data Analytics
- Sound understanding of PM Measurement and
- Reporting
