Responsibilities



  • Support, develop and implement HR initiatives

  • Ensure all legal guidelines are adhered to in the operations of the organization.

  • Maintain payroll for the whole team keeping in mind payroll guidelines

  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans

  • Develop training and development programs

  • Supportive supervision of the non-clinical personnel.

  • Renewal and calibration of hospital equipment


Requirements



  • A Degree in Business Administration, Management or other relevant fields

  • 3-5 years working experience

  • Candidate must reside within Ikeja, Maryland and Ketu axis of Lagos

  • Computer skills includings Ms office suite, Outlook programs and e-mail at high proficiency level

  • Attention to details and high level of accuracy

  • For Gender balance, a male candidate is preferred.
