Job Responsibilities



  • Maintaining primary company documentation

  • Adding to the database of documents

  • Preparation of primary accounting documentation (incoming/expenditure invoices, payment statements, reconciliation acts, invoices, etc.)

  • Filing tax returns for a group of companies

  • Accounting for new employees, calculation of salary, payment of salary

  • Interaction with the founders, lawyers and company managers

  • Work with the client-bank (account statements, payments)

  • Formation of internal weekly/monthly reports on the group of companies.


Candidate Requirements



  • Candidates should possess an HND or B.Sc Degree

  • Analytical mind

  • Higher economic education

  • 5 years’ experience in a similar position

  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles

  • Experience in MS Office, Excel, 1C: 8.2, 8.3, M.E.Doc, Hourly, BAS Accounting, Google spreadsheets, office equipment.

  • Perseverance

  • Interest in an existing process

  • The ability to retain a large amount of information

  • Attention to details

  • Experience with CRM

  • Experience with cryptocurrencies, international payment systems

  • The character is balanced, stress-resistant, non-conflict.

  • Gender: M/F

  • Age: up to 40

  • Work format: remote at first, then to resume at the office in Lagos.

  • Level of English: C1+Recommended


Equipment needed:



  • A laptop with atleast 8gb ram

  • A headset with a mic attached

  • 24/7 Internet connection.
