Job Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.


• Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services


• Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts.


• Achieving client relationship targets and KPI’s as set by the Head of Department


• Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.


• Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.


• Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.


• Updating the records and reconciling client accounts.


• Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively


• Any other duties assigned by management

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND


• Must have 2 to 4 years job experience in Client Relationship management.


• Recognized Degree and Certification.


• Must have skills in problem solving


• Must have fluency in English Language and any other local dialete.


• Ability to Multi Task


• Good proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint


• Strong Verbal and Communication skills


• Ability to work on long hours due to the nature of the project
