We are seeking an experienced and versatile Business Development Manager to join a winning consulting firm. The preferred candidate is a results-driven individual that have the capacity to bring in new clienteles through outdoor and digital marketing, telemarketing and strategic networking.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Solicits for new clients by using both the outdoor and digital marketing tools.
- Setting up a strategy to find new prospects and sales leads and converting them to paid customers
- Communicating with current and potential clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
- Creating, long – lasting relationships with current and potential clients
- Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers
- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
- Develops business advertisement for posting on all social media platforms
- Manages a team of marketers
- Manages and converts all leads from the social media platform
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years proven experience in sales and marketing to corporate organization.
- B.sc degree in Marketing or associates degree in relevant field a plus
- Knowledge of HR is an added advantage
- Proficient with the use of digital marketing tools
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- In-depth understanding of sales and marketing negotiations and techniques
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
SALARY : 100K + 5% COMMISSION ON NEW BUSINESS
