Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating and managing all of the digital content on the company's website or social media channels


• Responsible for maintaining the integrity of content over time


• Develop marketing strategies for digital content such as creating emails or social media


• Editing text and images to ensure they follow the company guidelines.


• Creating infographics to illustrate the complex concept in simple ways


• Evaluating new technologies and suggesting ways to incorporate them into existing strategies


• Creating and updating the company website to attract the right audience


• Partner with the design team / digital agency to create an interplay between textual and visual elements


• Develop and implement content engagement strategies to exceed ratings and revenue goals


• Manage the day-to-day activities of TNA’s digital platforms, including website and social channels


• Manage the performance and effectiveness of content, using analysis to inform future methodologies and approaches


• Identify system enhancements, document business needs, and determine development impacts.


• Creating presentations to communicate new marketing strategies to other members of the team

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, communications, or a related field


• 5+ years of professional writing and editing experience with a solid portfolio of work


• Exceptional writing, research, and organizational skills


• Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines


• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro


• Working knowledge of content management systems (CMS), SEO, and social media platforms


• Excellent team management skills


• Dynamic and able to work in a fast-paced environment
