Job Description
The Creative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and creative support to the CEO of the Agency.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Be resident in Abuja and willing to travel for workrelated duties
- Have a functional smartphone
- Be willing to learn on the job and work in a fastpaced environment
- Possess strong writing and content development skills
- Possess public speaking and interpersonal communication abilities
- Have an interest in the media and communications industry
- Graphics editing, script writing, social media management and audio/video editing skills will be added advantage
- Be a creative and critical thinker
- Be willing to remain with the Agency for a minimum of 1 year
- Be willing to accept a NGN35,000 initial salary for 3 months and NGN50,000 after a successful probationary period
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure publicity of the Agency’s work through the development and implementation of communication frameworks, content calendars and digital assets
- Handle social media management and responses to comments/direct messages
- Handle email and phone correspondence for the Agency
- Liaise with partners on behalf of the Agency
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for the smooth running of various activities
- Draft reports/minutes and maintain proper documentation as well as filing of such documents
- Attend conferences and highprofile meetings/workshops on the Agency’s behalf
- Support the implementation of related projects
- Support the development of content for training sessions such as training resources, schedules, invitation letters etc.
- Support the development and implementation of marketing/campaign strategies for clients as well as the Agency
- Other support roles as assigned by the CEO
