Job Description




  • Proactively and collaboratively work with team members to determine strategies that can effectively be used as a lever to grow revenue and improve profitability for the organization.

  • Design and Accomplish product sales targets

  • Prepare written proposals

  • Ensure satisfactory customer care, resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Submit reports on market trends, pipeline, competitive activity, lost orders, plan to develop new products, plan territory, and arrange call patterns.

  • Drives sales quickly to a close within the education system using a process-driven procurement process.

  • Building and managing promotional partnerships with channel partners to create awareness and develop new channels for product distribution and drive organic growth of the K-12 business

  • Develops and executes a prospecting strategy that sources new business opportunities through cold calling, client referrals, emails, and networking

  • Engages key stakeholders using effective consultative techniques including Pre-call planning and productive questioning strategies that lead to winning business

  • Conducts consultative sales conversations to understand customer needs, highlight Brighthat’s differentiators and provide product recommendations that meet the needs of the clients

  • Understands the K-12 procurement process and accurately forecasts upcoming customer

  • Building and managing professional relationships with Partners coordinates and manages outsourced sales team.

  • Gathers customer feedback to understand the customer experience deeply and shares learnings to inform the field sales team, go to market strategy and product enhancements activity to sales and executive team.....


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field.

  • 3 years of business experience in a service, education or IT industry

  • At least 2 years of prior revenue management experience is required. Previous roles in sales / commercial finance are highly preferred.

  • Communication skills – advanced writing and communication skills, able to interact and persuade individuals senior to him or her.

  • Analytical skills – ability to follow detailed instructions to perform complicated financial analyses and determine basic analyses required to support pricing decisions.

  • Fluent in business English.


In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.
